COMPARISON, RETRIEVAL AND TRANSLATION SYSTEM FOR LAWS/STANDARDS/CRITERIA OF RESPECTIVE COUNTRIES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comparison, retrieval and translation system for laws/standards/criteria of a plurality of countries. SOLUTION: This system includes a law/standard/criterion DB 101 hierarchically storing the laws/standards/criteria of the plurality of countries; a term DB 102 including a general dictionary file 103 and a technical term file 104 of a specific business field; a law/standard/criterion retrieval means 111 retrieving a law/standard/criterion name present in the same hierarchy as a comparison source inside the DB 101 on the basis of a country name of a comparison destination, and a country name and a law/standard/criterion name of the comparison source; a block data retrieval means 112 retrieving block data inside the laws/standards/criteria of the comparison source including a keyword to display a block name, translating the keyword of the comparison source into a language of the comparison destination, retrieving all the block data including the translated keyword inside the laws/standards/criteria of the selected comparison destination present in the same hierarchy, and displaying the block name; and a block sentence display/translation means 113 displaying/translating and displaying a block sentence and the block name of the selected block data.
