IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR FORMING IMAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic image with favorable colors by using a tandem type image forming apparatus, to provide an electrophotographic image forming apparatus which reproduces a color image with favorable sharpness and bright hue, and to provide a method for forming an image. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus to form a color image is characterized in that: turbidity of each color toner used in the developing means in four sets of image forming units is less than 60 with 5 to 45 difference at maximum in the turbidity between color toners; the electrophotographic photoreceptor in the image forming unit for a black color is an amorphous silicon photoreceptor; and the developing means contains a black toner with turbidity less than 25.
