PRESSURE CONTACTING DEVICE OF LEAD FRAME FOR INSPECTING DISPLAY PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a highly reliable contact by making a lead frame top end contact flat with an electrode mounting end plate of a display panel so that each top end contacting part of the lead frame is in pressure contact with each electrode. SOLUTION: A flexible lead frame 1 comprising an insulating sheet with a plurality of leads extended over the surface is used as a contacting means, the frame 1 is held by a holder 4, the frame top end 1a is made to protrude from the front end face of the holder 4, and a contacting part 3a arrange at the frame top end 1a is made to pressure contact with the electrode 9 of the display panel 7. At this time, a pressurizing block 6 is arranged on the front end face of the holder 4, the pressurizing block 6 is oscillatably hung on the holder 4, and the pressurizing block 6 oscillates and contacts flat with the upper face of the frame top end 1a so that the lead top end contacting part 3a is in pressure contact with the electrode 9.
