Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission oil cooler for a vehicle capable of improving the cooling performance and securing the air-tightness in a state free from the leakage of the transmission oil. SOLUTION: This transmission oil cooler for the vehicle includes a pair of tube plates respectively provided with an oil inflow port at its one end and an oil discharge outlet at the other end, and joined to each other, an internal heat radiating fin mounted on an oil flow passage formed among the tube plates and transferring the heat released from the oil to the tube plates, and a pair of stoppers respectively mounted on corner parts of the inlet and outlet of the tube plate and fixing both ends of the internal fin.
