SOLUTION: The structure of the column base part comprises the column base hardware 1 of hollow shape formed of a base part 1a fixed to a foundation, and a rising part 1b joined to the metal pipe column 3; and the metal pipe column 3 erected thereon. The metal pipe column with an outer diameter almost equal to the inner diameter of the upper end of the rising part is inserted inside the rising part to join the rising part to the metal pipe column.
