Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress manufacturing cost of a wiper device having good appearance whose drive mechanism is covered so as not to be seen from the outside and requires no special cover without damaging the wipe-out function by an exterior member. SOLUTION: The wiper device is equipped with the exterior member 14, an opening 15, a penetrating member 17 fixing a wiper arm 16 positioning on the outside 26 of the exterior member to the one ends through the opening, and the drive mechanism 18 fixed to the other end 28 and disposed at the inside 31 of the exterior member. The link mechanism 33 of the drive mechanism is equipped with a base part 37, a main arm 43, an auxiliary arm 45, a movable member 51, and a power mechanism 52 moving a movable member 51.
