Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide noodles improved with eat taste and nutrition by containing food materials such as vegetables, fishes and shellfishes, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The noodles containing the food materials such as the vegetables, fishes and shellfishes are provided by consisting of usual wheat flour (middle or low gluten flour, or the like) which is the raw material of the noodles, salt content, water content and food materials other than the flour for the noodles such as vegetables such as the finely chopped leaves of perilla, or the like, fishes and shellfishes, kneading them well, aging well, cutting/arranging, boiling, rinsing with cool water and dishing up the noodles on a container. According to this invention, since the purpose of the noodles and that of the production method therefor are focused to improve the eat taste and nutrition, taste is improved to produce easily eatable noodles as a tasty food product. Also, the improvement of taste increases appetite, and since the noodles contain fiber components of the contained food materials, deficiency of the fiber components is improved. Moreover, since the food materials such as the vegetables, fishes and shellfishes are supplied, persons of those disliking these food materials can be prevented from the deficiency of these food materials.
