PRINT CHARGING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, PRINT CHARGING MANAGEMENT METHOD, AND ITS PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform charging management for each of the purposes of use of a print job. SOLUTION: A print charging management server 12 preliminarily acquires the payment approval of an amount to be charged on the printing of a print job from a billing destination, and associates a plurality of billing destination ID with one user ID, and stores it as a user information DB in an HDD 15. When receiving the user ID from a user PC 40, a CPU 17 of a print charging management server 12 authenticates the user ID from the user information DB stored in the HDD 15, and transmits the plurality of billing destination IDs associated with the user ID to a user PC 40, and makes the user designate one billing destination ID. When receiving the billing destination ID, the CPU 17 transmits print information to a print terminal 30, and makes the print terminal 30 perform printing, and decides the charging amount of the print job corresponding to the billing destination or printing place associated with the billing destination ID acquired form the user, and transmits information such as the charging amount to a billing destination PC 50, and stores a print log in the HDD 15.
