Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microarray chip manufacturing method and its test method. SOLUTION: Microarray chips are manufactured by the following steps (a)-(g): (a) plurality of reagents are provided; (b) the reagents are loaded to microdispensers in the order of arrangement required by a microarray; (c) the plurality of reagents are arranged on a test piece so that the reagent microarray on the test piece may correspond to the order of reagent arrangement of the microdispensers; (d) it is tested as to whether the contents of the reagents on the test piece are identical to inclusions in the microdispensers or not; (e) the reagents are arranged on the plurality of microarray chips by the microdispensers; (f) an image detection unit is used to acquire an overall image of the microarray chips; and (g) a fixating reaction is made to progress in the microarray chips to remove reagents unfixed to the surfaces of the microarray chips in a cleaning step.
