Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble surfactant composition which exhibits excellent wettability, permeability, antifoaming properties, and dispersibility, also deals with solubility to water and environmental issues and does not exert adverse effect on apparatus and equipment on printing or coating. SOLUTION: The composition contains (A) 10 to 90 mass% of one or more kinds selected from aliphatic dialcohols expressed by formula (1) and/or (2) (wherein, R1to R4are each a 1 to 5C alkyl group), and 10 to 90 mass% of one or more kinds selected from polyoxyalkylene alkylethers having an HLB of 8 to 19 represented by formula (3) and (4) (wherein, R5is a 1 to 20C alkyl group, a and w are an integer of 1 to 20, and b, c, d, x, y, and z are zero or an integer of 1 to 20). Its 0.1 mass% aqueous solution has a contact angle of ≤60° at 30 s after being dropped and a dynamic surface tension of each ≤50 mN/m at 1 Hz and 10 Hz. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
