RETRANSMISSION BUFFER CONTROLLER, RETRANSMISSION BUFFER CONTROL METHOD, AND COMMUNICATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus adopting an ARQ system capable of reducing the deterioration of the quality of transmission data without increasing the size of a retransmission buffer. SOLUTION: A signal control part 140 detects transmission data which are likely to be rewritten the most early among transmission data stored in a memory 135, and which have not been transmitted to a reception side on the basis of a management chart 141, and detects a transmission data storage area in which new transmission data are written after a transmission data storage area storing the detected non-transmitted transmission data, among transmission storage areas storing transmitted transmission data which do not need to be stored in the memory 135, reads the detected non-transmitted transmission data from the memory 135, and stores the read non-transmitted transmission data in the detected transmission data storage area.
