Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive optical communication system of high transmission efficiency. SOLUTION: An optical transmission/reception circuit 10 included in a station side apparatus 1 of this optical communication system is provided with an incoming scheduler 14 for generating scheduling transmission data indicating a transmission enabling time of each of a plurality of communication terminals 5 and a signal indicating an activation time of a reset signal, a reset generating circuit 17 for making the reset signal into an activation level within a guard time on the basis of a signal from the scheduler section 14, and a burst optical receiving circuit 11 in which an offset value of 0 level of an output signal corresponding to a fact that the reset signal is made into an activation level.
