Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect insulation resistance of each fuel cell stack in a fuel cell system equipped with the plurality of fuel cell stacks. SOLUTION: A fuel cell system equipped with two fuel cell stacks 22, 23 is constituted. A cooling pipe is provided so as to connect both fuel cell stacks. Earths G3-G5 are provided at the connected part in the cooling pipe. When detecting the insulation resistance in such fuel cell system, if a detection voltage with a high frequency is output to each fuel cell stack, the detection voltage is also transmitted to the cooling pipe in addition to an electrical circuit. At this time, the earths G3-G5 restrain the detection voltage output to one of the fuel cell stacks 22, 23 from flowing out to the other.
