Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently convert a program code requiring a solution process included in Java (R) byte code and the like, in an instruction set conversion device for converting a program written in a non-native code incompatible to a CPU into a native code which the CPU can process in real time. SOLUTION: The instruction set conversion device for converting the non-native instruction set program to an equivalent native instruction set program is equipped with an instruction decoder 215 for generating a native code by converting an input non-native code and a solution cache 220 for storing subordinate information obtained by the solution process. In the case that the non-native code requiring the solution process is input, stored data in the solution cache 220 are searched based on an index value added to the non-native code and the corresponding subordinate information is provided to the instruction decoder 215 from the solution cache 220.
