Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding implement with advantages such as small consumption of a plastic material, consequent saving of material cost and sufficient binding properties. SOLUTION: This binding implement is structured of a free end 26 including a columnar first end part 30 with the same cross section shape as that of a hole 36 of a support pillar part 22 and a conical second end part 32 extending from the first end part 30 to the tip. In addition, the second engaging means 38 is formed at the first end part 30 and an upper end part 42, of the support pillar part 22, which is positioned opposite to the second engaging means 38 is positioned higher than the second engaging means 38 and lower than the other upper end part.
