Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perforation forming blade which can form perforations while preventing a transverse fissure, without degrading rupture property. SOLUTION: The perforation forming blade is formed of a cemented carbide or the like, and consists of a disk-shaped base portion having a center hole formed therein, with a thickness of 0.6 mm, and a number of cutting blades serially formed on the periphery of the base portion in a manner protruding radially outward at regular intervals. Each cutting blade 12 consists of a prismatic main body 13 having a square cross section, and a wedge-shaped cutting edge 14 formed by cutting away distal end portions of the main body 13.
