RISE TIME CONTROL STRUCTURE AND RISE TIME CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling the rise time of a bus signal on a bus coupled to a driver circuit. SOLUTION: A rise time control structure 1100 for controlling the rise time of the bus signal coupled to a driver circuit 1110 is provided with: a bus 1170 which is coupled to the driver circuit and transmits the bus signal; one or a plurality of voltage control elements 1130 each coupled to the driver circuit and the bus for making increment or decrement of the voltage of the bus signal at one or a plurality of points in time with the ground as a reference; and a control circuit which is coupled to the one or plurality of voltage control devices and controls the voltage level of the bus signal by controlling switching of the one or plurality of voltage control devices with respect to the driver circuit.
