Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the output accurately by making the best use of the advantages of feedback control. SOLUTION: When laser processing is performed while controlling the output P from a solid state laser 1 by controlling the pumping current I based on a relation F with the output P, shot output waveform is measured every specified number of times in the repetitive shot output P during processing and energy conversion is performed. Pumping current I at the time of shot output up to next specified number of times is then controlled based on such a magnification or contraction coefficient as converting the energy to have a specified level.
