Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image detector that can be used with X-ray computerized tomography or a computed tomography system, and the like. SOLUTION: This X-ray detector (400) comprises a backing layer (414) curved on the basis of preselected curve radius (402), a photoreceptor (410) formed on the glass layer, and a backing layer (404) curved on the basis of preselected curve radius (402). The backing layer (404) supports the glass layer (414). In another embodiment, the X-ray detector contains interlayer connection points in the photoreceptor and the periphery, and contains the photoreceptor layer interfaced with the periphery.
