SOLUTION: The lift lifts up and down the shelf 40 provided in a refrigerator as held in a horizontal condition by a link mechanism 10. It comprises at least an absorber 20 for restricting the turn of the link mechanism 10 so that the shelf 40 rests at the lowering end point of the shelf 40.
