FORM CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND ACCESSORY PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve, when building a part where two-way foundation crosses each other, workability in securing a passage and an orthogonality of forms as well as to facilitate casting work, compacting work and leveling work of concrete. SOLUTION: A construction method of forms is, at the crossing section A where the foundation having two directions meets with each other, to arrange an anchor bolt fixing plate 4A on a form laid along one direction to reach the upper part of the crossing section, to arrange an anchor bolt fixing plate 4B on a form placed along another direction to bring its end part closer to the crossing section and to joint them with L-shaped plates 5, 6 installed respectively on an external angle part and/or internal angle part of the form. The L-shaped plates 5, 6 include two pieces 5a, 6a arranged at a right angle, where holes 5b-5d, 6b-6d are provided to conform with a plurality of holes made on the external angle part form or the internal angle part form for fixing an anchor plate.
