Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyarylene sulfide (PAS) resin capable of giving a PAS resin molding improved in impact resistance and improved both in continuous moldability in mass production (improved mold release) and in adhesion with a coating material. SOLUTION: The composition is prepared by formulating 100 pts. wt. (A) polyarylene sulfide resin with 1-20 pts. wt. (B) graft copolymer prepared by chemically combining a glycidyl-free olefin copolymer (b-1) based on an α-olefin and an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic ester with at least one polymer or copolymer (b-2) comprising specified repeating units in a manner to form a branched or bridged structure and 1 to 20 pts. wt.
