STEERING ANGLE CONTROLLER FOR VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering angle controller for a vehicle capable of achieving a stable vehicle behavior, even when a road face μ fluctuates. SOLUTION: In the steering angle controller for the vehicle equipped with a cornering power correction means to correct the cornering power based on a vehicular model using at least cornering power and a detected road face μ, and an auxiliary steering angle controlling means which calculates an auxiliary steering angle based on the steering angle detected from the vehicular model using corrected cornering power and the vehicle speed and outputs a command signal to the auxiliary steering angle imparting means, the cornering power correction means has a change rate specifying section to restrict the change rate of the cornering power by correction irrespective of the detected road face μ.
