RICE POLISHING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice polishing machine in which the quality of grains to be hulled/polished is secured by simple constitution and from which the polished grains can be discharged quickly without staying behind in this machine. SOLUTION: This rice polishing machine 1 is provided with a hulling/polishing part 3 which receives the grains to be polished from a supply port 3b and polishes the received grains by a hulling/polishing roll 3a and a resistive plate 15 which gives resistance to a discharge port of the part 3 and can be opened/closed. The part 3 is provided with a shutter 11 capable of closing the port 3b and a supply port ventilating route 13 which communicates with the port 3b of the part 3 and through which air can be sent. The operation of the machine 1 is controlled by interlocking the operation of closing the shutter 11, the operation of opening the plate 15 and the operation of sending air to the route 13.
