Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user excepting for a member to utilize a service and to solve troublesomeness of confirmation of a change by a clerk when paying for the service. SOLUTION: A ball-renting machine 3 between machines is provided with: money throw-in devices 13, 14; an operation input device 9 for receiving the input of a request for the service; a game medium putting out device 17; and a control part 16. When the request for the service is inputted and a throw-in amount signal is inputted, the control part 16 puts out game mediums of the number obtained by subtracting the number of game mediums corresponding to the request for service from the number of game mediums corresponding to a throw-in money value.
