Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide edible emulsifier-containing powder which has excellent handleability and solubility in water, does not have hygroscopicity, is hardly caked, and has excellent physical properties. SOLUTION: The edible emulsifier-containing granulated powder obtained with a spray drying type fluidized layer granulation apparatus for directly continuously producing spherical granules from a liquid raw material by a fluidized layer ring granulation method is characterized in that the bulk density of the powder has 0.5 to 0.9 g/m. The average particle diameter of the powder is preferably 50 to 500 μm. Further, it is preferable that ethanol and a starch hydrolysate are used as a solvent and a vehicle, respectively.
