Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage selection circuit that allows to shorten output response time. SOLUTION: In a voltage selection circuit 14 two first stage switches SW1-1, SW1-2, and switches SW1-3 and SW1-4 are connected respectively to switches SW2-1 and SW2-2 provided in a path with a long wiring. Thereby, output response time in the long path of the wire is shortened because of a drain capacitor element that engages in an output terminal 16 when switches SW2-1 and SW2-2 of the second stage are turned on is smaller than the drain capacitor element that engages in the output terminal 16 when another switches SW2-3 to SW2-5 of the second stage are turned on.
