MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal that can decide whether to use or not a voice memorandum function depending on the legal situation of each country when making communication with various foreign countries under the international roaming contract by using a mobile terminal equipped with a voice memorandum function, and to provide a mobile radio system. SOLUTION: The domestic wireless communication network 1 and the overseas wireless communication network 2 are under a contract for international roaming 3. When a mobile station 5 with a voice memorandum function communicate with a mobile station 7 of an overseas wireless communication network 2, the mobile station 5 checks whether the country servicing with the overseas communications network 2 is regulating the voice recording or not. If it is a country not regulating the voice recording, the mobile station 5 makes the voice memorandum function effective to record the conversation with the mobile terminal 7. On the other hand, if it is a country regulating the voice recording, the mobile station 5 automatically freezes the voice memorandum function, and the conversation with the mobile station 7 is not recorded, and the reason is displayed on the display of the mobile station 5 to show why the recording was restricted.
