PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the initial investment price of a user who purchases the industrial products, by selling the industrial products by subtracting the raw material costs from the selling price on the premise that raw material costs are collected from industrial products whose expensive raw materials can be collected after the industrial products are abandoned, so that selling is made easy for a manufacturer and purchase(facility investment) is made easy for the user, so as to easily spread such industrial products. SOLUTION: A storage device stores a product price at the time of selling, the content of special raw materials and the price of the specific raw materials at the time of manufacturing industrial products, and a computer calculates the selling price of the industrial products at the time of selling the industrial products by collecting the specific raw materials included for the industrial products in a predetermined point of time, a sum acquired by subtracting a price concerning the specific raw materials included for the industrial products from the price of the alternative industrial products to be exchanged with the industrial products, and the abandonment costs of the industrial products, so that the computer determines the optimal period for collecting the specific raw material costs from the calculation result.
