MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, COMPUTER AND PROGRAM FOR MANAGEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for a funeral hall, which controls a guidance display unit in the funeral hall by using information inputted when reservation of a funeral is made. SOLUTION: The reservation of the funeral is received from an undertaker by a telephone, FAX, the Internet, and mail. Reservation information is inputted to a management computer 5 installed in the office of the funeral hall, and a reservation information file and a facility reservation file are updated. The management computer 5 displays a farewell room name. the name of the deceased, a waiting room name, an ashes collecting room name, and a message on the various guidance display units for a bereaved family and attendants by using the reservation information file and the facility reservation file, and deletes them.
