A waveguide for introducing the high frequency oscillated by a high frequency generator 64, is dividedly constituted in a part 61 between an outer box 23 of a thermally insulating box body and the high frequency generator 64, a part 62 embedded in a thermally insulating material 34 of the thermally insulating box body, and a part 63 between a wall surface of the cooling chamber 22 of the thermally insulating box body and the cooking chamber 25, so that assembling is facilitated, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
