PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost, in a cooker for thawing in dielectric heating by a high frequency, while cooling a foodstuff surface. SOLUTION: A cooking chamber 25 having a high frequency leakage preventing structure covered with metal, and opening-closing a front opening part by a metallic cooking chamber door, is arranged in a cooling chamber 22 for opening-closing a front opening part by a door, so that a space is formed between the cooking chamber and the cooling chamber 22. A cold air circulating passage is constituted in the space between the cooling chamber 22 and the cooking chamber 25 by a partition member. A waveguide for introducing the high frequency oscillated by a high frequency generator 64, is dividedly constituted in a part 61 between an outer box 23 of a thermally insulating box body and the high frequency generator 64, a part 62 embedded in a thermally insulating material 34 of the thermally insulating box body, and a part 63 between a wall surface of the cooling chamber 22 of the thermally insulating box body and the cooking chamber 25, so that assembling is facilitated, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
