Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively fill grout while avoiding a leakage of grout from a cut-off part by cutting off a clearance between an inner sheath and prestressed concrete steel in a bridge structure wherein the prestressed concrete steel is inserted through inner and outer double sheathes. SOLUTION: The outer sheath 29 is embedded passing through both end faces of anchor part concrete 15, and the inner sheath 28 inserted through the prestressed concrete steel 8 is inserted inside. One end parts of the respective sheathes 28, 29 are inserted through an anchor plate 30 and anchored to an anchor head 33 in an extra length protective cap 37 connected to the anchor plate 30. Grout 38 is pressed into the inner sheath 28 from an inlet of the cap 37. The prestressed concrete steel 8 is inserted through a pipe body 47 and a grout stop spacer 48 of a grout injection tool 46, and the inner sheath 28 is connected to the pipe body 47. Then the grout 38 is filled while sucking the inside of the inner sheath 28 using the vacuum pump connected to an exhaust port 49 provided in the pipe body 47. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
