Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device which firmly and smoothly fixes or unlocks a moving rail with respect to a fixed rail in regard to a locking device for a vehicular seat moving track provided with a fixed rail fixed to a bottom face of a body, and a moving rail wherein a seat is attached and fixed, and moved via the fixed rail. SOLUTION: In the pin like locking device 40, an operation pin 43 provided on a side face through a pin bracket fixing hole 24 of the moving rail 20 carries out locking or unlocking of the moving rail 20 in a state of a seat being attached with respect to the fixed rail 10 while passing through a pin moving hole 11 of the fixed rail 10 and pin through holes 21, 22, and 23 of the moving rail 20.
