Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door structure of an automobile wherein material costs and processing yields are improved by partially changing the material quality of an outer panel, costs and weight are reduced, and joints are hidden to secure good appearance. SOLUTION: The door structure of an automobile is formed by joining the outer panel and the inner panel, and is provided with a window surrounded by sashes 3, 4. The outer panel is press-formed after the component member 11 of a door main body and sash component members 12, 13 along the shapes of the sashes 3, 4 are joined. The joints of the component members 11, 12, 13 are arranged respectively at positions covered with exterior members W1, W2, W4. The exterior members are provided with fixing parts fixed to the outer panel, and the outer panel is provided with attachment parts formed simultaneously at the time of press forming, to which the fixing parts of the exterior members are attached.
