INFORMATION TRANSMISSION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission system capable of surely setting or correcting information on time, an area code, etc. to be set in an electronic apparatus or corrected, when the electronic apparatus is purchased, when house moving is performed, and so on, without taking much time. SOLUTION: Without investigating and inputting a time and an area code, when the electronic apparatus 600 is purchased, when the house moving is performed, and so on, an infrared device 501a capable of receiving those pieces of information via a server 101 connectable to an external network 301, and transmitting the received information, is installed integrally with a lighting device 500 or in its vicinity. Consequently, the area code or the time of the clock of the electronic apparatus 600 on which an infrared receiver installed in a part being illuminated can be set or corrected surely without taking much time.
