Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for embedding charging information, deterioration information and high-quality picture/music information in a user-defined area which a number of picture coding formats and sound coding formats have, thus allowing a picture and music data in any format to be viewed and heard all at least once and pictures to be deteriorated an infinite number of times for the second and following viewing trials, without causing useless communications for buying them. SOLUTION: The information processor deteriorates and re-codes contents information involving changing information, deterioration information, and picture/sound coding information. Each time it reproduces the contents information, and records original high-quality picture/sound coding information on an area not used for the usual reproduction of the contents information. This allows a contents information user to view and hear all of them at least once while protecting the right of a copyright holder and to reproduce them at high quality at buying without useless communications.
