METHOD FOR PRODUCING METAL SINTERED COMPACT PROVIDED WITH MICROPORE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a metal sintered compact provided with micropores in which the chipping of pore edge parts does not occur on green body production, and which have smooth inner walls, and have high roundness and a high cylindrical degree. SOLUTION: The method for producing a metal sintered compact provided with micropores comprises: a stage where the powder grains of first metal as the raw material for a metal sintered compact are coated with second metal having a melting point lower than the sintering temperature thereof to form coated first metal powder; a stage where a mixture of the coated first metal powder and a resin binder is injection-molded to the circumference of fiber having a diameter corresponding to the inside diameter of micropores and decomposed at the sintering temperature of the first metal or lower to form a partial green body; a stage where a mixture of the first metal powder which is not coated and a resin binder is injection-molded to the circumference of the partial green body to form the main green body; and a stage where the main green body is degreased, and is thereafter sintered.
