TIRE VULCANIZING FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a productivity by finishing a replacement of a mold 11 in a short time. SOLUTION: The facility is provided with a vulcanizing forming part 9 with the mold 11 as disconnectable for vulcanizing and forming a green tire 3 to a vulcanized tire 4 in the mold 11, a support flame 10 for supporting the vulcanizing forming part 9, a carrying-in system 5 for carrying the green tire 3 in the vulcanizing forming part 9 and a taking-out system 6 for carrying the vulcanized tire 4 out from the vulcanizing forming part 9. Further, the facility is provided with a plurality of vulcanizing machines 1 arranged in front of the carrying-in system 5 and the taking out system 6 and parallelly disposed to set one sides to the same side to constitute a vulcanizing line 2, and a green tire carrying line 7 comprising a travelling rail 18 vertically overlapped to the carrying-in system 5 of the vulcanizing machines 1 and a green tire carrying device 20 capable of travelling on the travelling rail 18 for supplying the green tire 3 from the upper direction to the the carrying-in system 5 and a rail supporting member 19 provided on a support flame 10 of the vulcanizing machine and supporting the travelling rail 18 .
