Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an irregularity in the breathing phase of a patient or the misrecognition thereof caused by the vibration of a gas feeder, a wind or the like and the unpleasant feeling of the patient caused by the missupply of oxygen and the wasteful supply of oxygen, in a breathing synchronizing type gas feeder for recognizing an inhalation start part and an exhalation start part using a breathing phase detecting means to supply a breaching gas. SOLUTION: This breathing synchronizing type gas feeder has a means for recognizing the inhalation and exhalation start parts and is constituted so as to control an automatic on-off valve by a recognition means not performing the recognition of a next inhalation start part during the period from the recognition of the inhalation start part to the recognition of the exhalation start part and during the predetermined time elaspsed after the recognition of the inhalation start part.
