Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and low-cost battery voltage compensating system applicable even if a voltage fluctuation width of a storage battery is large. SOLUTION: A booster converter and a dropper are connected in series between a storage battery and a load. The booster converter boosts a voltage when the voltage of the storage battery falls to a tolerable minimum voltage or below of the load, while the dropper reduces the voltage when the voltage of the storage battery rises to a tolerable maximum voltage or higher of the load in accordance with an error voltage amount.
