VERTICAL BUS BAR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a vertical bus bar body thin by attaching the spacer tab material to the vertical bus bar body being contained in an electric junction box thereby forming a tab of a standard thickness. SOLUTION: The vertical bus bar comprises a vertical bus bar body 11 having a tab part 11a projecting from the upper end of a base part 11d, and an independent spacer tab material 20 having an auxiliary tab part 20a-1 formed above a long piece part 20a to overlap the tab part 11a by bending a conductive metal plate into substantially J-shape and provided with spring characteristics by bending a short piece part 20c to the long piece part 20a side with stoppers 20e projecting to the left and right sides. The spacer tab material 20 is attached to the vertical bus bar body 11 from below, the base part 11d of the vertical bus bar body 11 is clamped between the long piece part 20a and the short piece part 20c and the forward end 20e-3 of the lower end face 20e-2 of the stopper 20e is made to bite the base part 11d. Under that state, the auxiliary tab part 20a-1 is superposed on the tab part 11a thus forming a tab 12 of a standard thickness. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
