TRANSMITTING TIME ADJUSTMENT DEVICE, AND TRANSMITTING TIME ADJUSTMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment method of data transmitting time and a data transmitting time adjustment device wherein time slot is assigned previously and collision of transmitted electric waves can be avoided even if synchronization is not performed in radio communication which performs data transmission/reception among a plurality of terminals. SOLUTION: The transmitting time adjustment device 1 is provided with a first transmitting time update means 13 which increases transmitting latency time whenever received data are inputted from new other terminals, a second transmitting time update means 15 which updates transmitting schedule time from completed time of receiving to time when random latency time passed in the case of under receiving from the other terminal at transmitting schedule time, and a transmitting enabling signal output means 17 which outputs an enabling signal of data transmitting after the transmitting schedule time passes.
