Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a frequency changes generated by a temperature change of a crystal oscillator, with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A heater 7 and a thermistor 10 are provided in a hermetical container, and the heater 7 heats a crystal blank 5 in a container main body 2 when the temperature of the container containing the crystal blank 5 becomes equal to or lower than a predetermined temperature by the thermistor 10. In this way, if the crystal blank 5 has a temperature equal to or lower than the predetermined temperature, the crystal blank 5 is used within a temperature range higher than the predetermined temperature at which its frequency temperature characteristic becomes mostly flat.
