SHEET TYPE ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic capacitor in which packaging area of the peripheral circuit of an IC is increased so that a high capacity low ESL capacitor can be connected in close proximity to the IC. SOLUTION: The sheet type electrolytic capacitor comprises an anode sheet formed by laminating an insulating sheet provided with a through hole 6 being fitted with the connection pin 2 of an IC1 to one side of an anode electrode foil 10 provided with a through hole 6 being fitted with the connection pin 2 and a contact part 7a being connected with an anode power supply pin 2a, a cathode sheet formed by laminating an insulating sheet provided with a through hole 6 to on one side of a cathode electrode foil 8 provided with the through hole 6 and a contact part 7b, a separator interposed between the anode electrode foil 10 and cathode electrode foil 8 opposing to each other while being impregnated with driving electrolyte, and a sealing sheet for sealing the separator and bonding the anode electrode foil 10 and the cathode electrode foil 8 integrally.
