Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive fluid heating device by electromagnetic induction which is capable of easily uniforming temperature distribution in a cross sectional face perpendicular to the flow direction of the fluid. SOLUTION: Temperature-sensing materials 35A, 35B, 35C, 35D and 35E of magnetic materials are used as composing materials of an exothermic body 33, and Curie temperatures of these temperature-sensing materials are set at control temperatures at electromagnetic heating. In this case, for example, the temperature-sensing materials are made wave-formed plates formed so as to be corrugated in the width direction of a cell case 32, the exothermic body is made a five-storied laminated body structure by laminating five sheets of these temperature-sensing materials via separator plates 36A, 36B, 36C and 36D of non-magnetic materials, and by forming a flow-path 37 of fluid between the temperature-sensing material and the separator plate.
