PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in additional display of a top page or the like wherein when it is simply additionally displayed, the additional display is intrusively continued even at movement within a site, whereas a server such as Web properly and easily performs additional display of an additional object in addition to a designated object to promote the browsing of an object recommended by a site operator, but since a browser who browses a non-top page introduced by a retrieval engine does not often browse the other object in the site, and the additional display of the top page or the like is thus desired. SOLUTION: This object additional display method 7 executes, when the non-top page is browsed, a designated object formation step 8, determines whether this page is introduced by the retrieval engine in reference to a reference source address in an additive display determination step 12, and displays, only when it is proper, an additive object 17 such as the top page or advertisement in a new window or inserts the link to the top page, advertisement or the like into the designated object 6 in an output step 13.
