Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make more uniformly flow an inlet medium into plate gaps to achieve more homogeneous conditions for heat transfer and for the product temperature. SOLUTION: This heat transfer plate for a plate heat exchanger functioning as an evaporator/condenser has a heat transfer area 4, and side end through-holes 1, 2, 3 for the heat-exchanging media, and an area for the each medium is allocated by a seal 5 provided properly. A group of the through-holes positioned in a plate inlet side allocated for the one-side medium such as the evaporated medium comprises a large number of inlet openings 1a-1d arranged in parallel, and the inlet openings 1a-1d are opened to make the medium flow directly into the heat transfer area 4 along a direction right-angled to an adjacent plate side end.
