HANDRAIL MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail member reducing fear of corroding a core material, improving working efficiency in installing a bracket, and preventing a handrail user from feeling a sense of incompatibility and an unpleasant feeling by a lower projection, when the handrail user grips a handrail. SOLUTION: An inside layer 2 is covered with and formed in the core material 3, and corrosion of the core material 3 is prevented. Workability is improved, by installing the bracket on a surface, by forming a recessed part 21 having a bottom surface formed into a bracket installing surface 22 in a part of the inside layer 2. The recessed part 21 is also formed, so as to be covered with a coating film-like outside layer 1; a projection formed in the inside layer 2 is covered with the outside layer 1 by the recessed part 21; an outside surface touched with a palm of the user becomes a continuous surface; and thereby, eliminates the handrail gripping user from sensing of incompatibility and the unpleasant feeling.
