Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of a sound absorbing-thermally insulating material to an outer wall material of a building, installable on a new outer wall material, without disposing of fixing pins and the sound absorbing-thermally insulating material together with the outer wall material, when replacing the outer wall material of the building attached with the sound absorbing-thermally insulating material of a flexible construction material such as asbestos and a glass wool mat. SOLUTION: This structure installs the sound absorbing-thermally insulating material 31 on the indoor side of the outer wall material 5 of the building 1. The sound absorbing-thermally insulating material 31 is fixed to a fixing member 52 by a plurality of fixing pins 51 installed in the fixing member 52.
